Most small businesses do not have an IT person. The owner, a relative or whoever is good with computers sorts things out when they break, and nobody checks the backups, the updates or who still has access. We take that over: we look after your email, whichever provider it is with, and your Microsoft 365 or Google accounts, keep laptops and PCs updated and protected, make sure your files are backed up, host and back up your website, and deal with the suppliers. When something goes wrong, you ring or email an engineer who knows your setup.

Switching to us is free for a typical small office, including moving your email. If you leave within 6 months, the move is charged at the price in your agreement.

Your website, hosted and backed up
- Moved for youA standard website, such as a typical WordPress site, is moved from your old host for free, at a quiet time, so visitors do not notice. If it leaves within 6 months, the move is charged at the price in your agreement.
- Your email keeps workingMany websites share a hosting account with the business email. We check where yours lives before we change anything, and never close an old account while your email depends on it.
- Kept onlineHosting with an SSL certificate (the padlock) renewed automatically, and monitoring that alerts an engineer if the site goes down.
- Kept currentSecurity updates for the server and the website software, with anything risky tested on a copy first.
- Backed up dailyCopies kept away from the server, with restores tested so we know they work.
- Or keep your hostHappy where you are? We take our own daily copy of the site, keep it somewhere else and test a restore every quarter.
- Larger platformsWeb applications and container platforms (Docker Swarm or Kubernetes) run in cloud accounts you own, quoted per platform.
Switching to us is free
- We take overFrom your old IT company, or from whoever set things up. We write down what you have: accounts, devices, renewals and who to call.

- Nothing switched off earlyYour old email and services stay until everything is confirmed working.

No minimum term
- Month to monthThere is no minimum term. Either of us can end it with 30 days’ notice.
- Price heldYour monthly price does not change for the first 12 months. After that, any change comes with 30 days’ notice.
- If you leaveThere is no exit fee. Your passwords, the record of your setup and your backups go with you.
- Free switchingThe move to us is free if you stay 6 months, whether we take on your IT or only host your website. Leave sooner and it is charged at the price written in your agreement.
- HoursWe are here Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Work outside those hours is by arrangement, and priced in writing before we start.
- VisitsPlanned visits are part of the monthly price, on a schedule we agree with you. An urgent call-out is charged, at a rate you have in writing beforehand.
- Not in the monthly priceLicences such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and domain names: you pay the provider, in your own account. Hardware and one-off projects are priced in writing before we start.
Protection against fake invoices
Irish small businesses lost almost €19 million to email scams in two years, with average losses of over €22,000 per incident, according to FraudSMART (Banking & Payments Federation Ireland, March 2026). Most were fake invoices and changed bank details. Every business we look after gets the records that tell other mail servers to reject email pretending to be you, and two-step sign-in on every account.

Common questions
What does it cost?
From €79 a month excluding VAT for one person with simple needs. Bigger offices get a fixed monthly price in writing after the free consultation, before anything changes.
Do you come out to us?
Most problems can be fixed remotely, so it makes no difference where you are in Ireland. When something needs hands on, on-site visits are available: the coverage map on our home page shows where. Planned visits are part of the monthly price, on a schedule we agree with you. An urgent call-out is charged, at a rate you have in writing beforehand.
We already have an IT company. Can you take over?
Yes. We arrange the handover with them, or without them if they have gone quiet, and nothing is switched off until we have confirmed it works.
Is there a contract?
There is a short written agreement and no minimum term. It runs month to month, and either of us can end it with 30 days’ notice. Your price is fixed for the first 12 months. If you leave there is no exit fee, and your passwords, the record of your setup and your backups go with you.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Work outside those hours can be arranged, and is priced in writing before we start.
What is not included in the monthly price?
Licences and subscriptions such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and domain names, which you pay to the provider in your own account. Hardware, one-off projects, work outside our hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) and urgent call-outs are extra too, and each is priced in writing before we start.
Can you move our email?
Yes, free as part of switching for a typical small office. We move it to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or another provider you choose, bring your old messages across and set up protection against fake emails. The account is always in your name. If you leave within 6 months, the move is charged at the price in your agreement.
Do you do website hosting or backups on their own?
Yes. Managed hosting starts at €25 a month, and an independent daily backup of a site that stays with its current host at €10 a month, both excluding VAT. Moving a standard website to us is free if it stays 6 months.
Is website hosting part of IT support?
It can be. A small website that needs little looking after can be hosted and backed up as part of your IT support. A larger or busier site is priced separately, and either way you see it in your written price before anything changes.
My site is on Wix, Squarespace or Shopify. Can you host it?
Those platforms host the site themselves, so there is nothing to move, and they do not allow a full outside backup. The free website check still works for them, and if you outgrow the platform we can talk through the options.
Can you look after our software too?
Yes. Our engineers also build and fix software, so one team covers your IT, your website and the systems you rely on.
