Most small businesses have no IT person. The website was set up once and left alone, nobody knows whether the backups work, the email still lives on an old hosting account, and whoever is good with computers gets the call when something breaks. We take all of that off your hands for a fixed monthly price.

We take over from your old provider, move your website and email if needed, and switch over at a quiet time.

Daily backups, updates and monitoring, a short report each month, and an engineer when you need one.

Common questions
Will my email stop working if you move my website?
No. We check where your email lives before we change anything. It stays where it is unless you ask us to move it, and we never cancel an old hosting account while your email still depends on it.
What does it cost?
The website check and a 30-minute consultation are free. IT support starts at €79 a month, hosting at €25 a month and website backup at €10 a month, all excluding VAT, and switching your website and email to us is free if you stay 6 months.
Someone else built my website. Can you still help?
Yes. Most of what we do is taking over websites and systems that someone else built, and making them safe and easy to look after.
Do you come out to us?
Most of the work is done remotely, so it makes no difference where you are in Ireland. On-site visits are available too: the coverage map on our home page shows where. Planned visits are part of the monthly price, on a schedule we agree with you. An urgent call-out is charged, at a rate you have in writing beforehand.
Is there a contract?
There is a short written agreement and no minimum term. It runs month to month, and either of us can end it with 30 days’ notice. Your price is fixed for the first 12 months. If you leave there is no exit fee, and your passwords, the record of your setup and your backups go with you.
